  • EAP-Initial Session/FIRST EAP Appointment (1 hr)

These sessions are free to you, provided that all authorizations can be confirmed by Life Tree and all authorizations are received by the EAP company. Each approved session will be billed to your EAP. You may be required to sign additional paperwork given by the EAP at the first or second session.
